What does it take to earn a Journeyman's Certificate, from the "Fire Suppressant School" TM?

  1. Show proficiency in actual hands on fire suppressant set up and maintenance
  2. Attend 2 days of intensive one-on-one training on Fire Suppressant servicing
  3. Read/Study the NFPA guidelines, you will be provided with the manuals
  4. Read/Study the technical manuals supplied to you during your training
  5. Demonstrate how to properly service a fire suppressant system

Once you have completed your training you will need to follow your particular states requirements to open a fire suppressant business.

Our training is based upon the NFPA Standards, technical manuals, other fire suppressant manuals, videos on components and installation and from your one-on-one personalized training during the week.

NFPA 96, 2001 Edition

IMPORTANT: This is an excellent reference manual.  It can be purchased in a paper back edition.  Purchase of this book is strictly optional, but it is recommended for those who are serious about this as their career.
